Marvin was really nice, however after spending $150 on applications fee and sending pay stubs, we never heard back. He informed us that we will hear from him and we never did. The next thing you know the listing we applied for was off market. I tried giving him some grace because I understand he’s very busy, however till this day we still haven’t heard anything from him. A simple “we moved on with someone else” would have been greatly appreciated instead of ghosting us. Nonetheless, I wish Marvin nothing but success in his career. God bless!
